Natural Remedy For PMDD & PMS Mood Swings

One of the most aggravating things about PMDD (a severe form of PMS) is the mood swings. Most of use women can deal with the cramping pain, back pain, and headaches, but the mood swings (especially when dealing with anxiety and depression) are a killer!
